• If you are a new student and/or you have not yet registered for your classes, your account may not be setup in Canvas yet. After you register, it may take up to 24 hours for your Canvas account to become active. Please try again once you have registered for your classes.

• If you are a new faculty member, your Canvas account may not be active yet. Please try again at a later time.

• Your access to Canvas may be suspended due to a financial hold. Please contact the Student Financial Services Department at (714) 879-3901 extension 2202 to discuss how to resolve this.

• Otherwise, there may be a technical problem that is preventing access to your Canvas account. If you believe that this is the case, please contact the Department of Learning technology for support.
